Please note that the Consulate General in Shanghai can only accept applications from Shanghai Municipality, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Anhui Provinces. Applicants from other areas please refer to the Embassy of Belgium in Beijing.

*: All Chinese notarized certificates shall be authenticated by the Shanghai
Municipal People's Foreign Affairs Bureau or the relevant provincial Foreign
Affairs Bureau before being authenticated by the Consulate General of
Belgium.
