Belgian Criminal Check

If you wish to obtain a Belgian criminal history check (“strafregister/casier judiciaire”) from the Belgian police authorities, please contact the Belgian Ministry of Justice:

Send a letter or fax, preferably in French or Dutch, with the following information:

full name, date and place of birth;

details concerning your stay(s) in Belgium (where, when, national number, etc.);

reason why the police certificate is needed;

return address and postage.
